1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking travel services with SafaMarwa Holidays, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Bookings & Reservations

All package bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed once an official booking reference is generated and the required initial deposit or payment is received.

3. Payment Schedule

Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless specified otherwise. Clients agree to fulfill payment installments prior to departure as outlined in their booking confirmation notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund amounts depend on third-party airline, hotel, and visa processing cancellation policies. Third-party non-refundable fees (such as processed visa fees) cannot be refunded.

5. Passport & Travel Documentation

Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passports have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure and meet Saudi Arabia or destination country entry requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

SafaMarwa Holidays acts as a travel agent for airlines, hotels, and transport operators. While we exercise extreme care in selecting reputable partners, we are not liable for unexpected flight delays, weather events, or government entry policy alterations beyond our control.
